The Quick Lane Service Building for Jacky Jones in Haysville, North Carolina is a 5600 square foot automobile maintenance facility.  Millard provided structural design and construction administration services for this project for a design-build client.  To accommodate the fast-tracked schedule and concerns over long steel lead times, we expedited a separate early design package for the structural steel, prior to release of the final construction documents.
